Shipping policy

Orders placed on the REDCARTER.com website can only be shipped to the US. Once your order is placed, you can expect it to be processed within 48-72 business hours. 

• Free 2-Day Shipping on orders of $100 or more.
• Any orders below $75 will incur a $6.99 shipping fee
• Items are shipped via FedEx Ground

TRANSIT TIMES 
Our transit times are based on FedEx posted delivery days and we cannot guarantee receipt of your order in the stated number of days if there are carrier issues, inclement weather or other factors out of our control.

Orders may take 48-72 hours to process through our systems prior to shipping.  Orders placed on a Friday may not ship until the next business day. 
We do not ship over the weekends or holidays.

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS

Due to Shipping costs, international returns labels must be paid for by the customer. Please email info@bleurodbeattie.com to process your international return.

For a full refund on your credit card (minus taxes, Duties and any other fees), your return must be postmarked within 21 business days after you receive your order.
